A Typical Computer Telephony Architecture - Multiple Nodes

The general architecture of a typical CTI solution on multiple nodes is as shown below. The database and other management system will centrally localize at an exchange and the interface will be distributed at 4 nodes. Multi nodes implementation offers flexibility, redundancy,reliability and cost-savings to service providers.
